What exactly is in a back-to-school package?
Each package covers a school stage: notebooks and covers, pens and pencils, colours, a geometry set, files and folders, and a pencil case. The full contents are listed on the package page before you order, so you can see every item and its quantity.
How do I know which package fits my child?
Pick the school stage — nursery and KG, primary, preparatory or secondary — and the package built for that stage comes up. Each one is put together from the lists schools in Egypt actually hand out for that stage.
Do you deliver outside Cairo and Giza?
Yes. We deliver to every governorate in Egypt. Delivery cost is calculated at checkout from your city, and we call to confirm the order before it ships.
Can I pay cash when the package arrives?
Yes — cash on delivery is the default. You pay the courier when the package reaches you, with nothing to enter online.
What if something is missing or wrong?
Every package is checked by hand before it ships, but if an item is missing or not what was listed, call us and we send the correct item free of charge.
Is the package cheaper than buying the items separately?
Yes. Packages are priced below the total of their individual items, and the saving is shown on each package page next to the price.
