What exactly is in a name-label package?
Labels for everything a child carries: name labels for books and notebooks, waterproof labels for water bottles and lunchboxes, iron-on labels for uniform and clothes, tags for the bag and pencil case, small labels for pencils and pens, and shoe labels. The exact contents and the count of each are listed on the package page before you order.
How does my child’s name get printed on them?
You type the name on the package page when you order, and we print every label in the package with it. Printing is included in the price — there is no personalisation fee — and we call to confirm the spelling before anything goes to print.
How do I know which package fits my child?
Pick the school stage — nursery and KG, primary, preparatory or secondary — and the package built for that stage comes up. A nursery child mostly needs clothes, bottles and bags labelled; an older student needs books, files and stationery labelled instead.
Do the labels survive water and the washing machine?
The bottle and lunchbox labels are waterproof, and the clothing labels are iron-on and made to stay on through the wash. If a label peels off in the first term, tell us and we replace it.
Do you deliver outside Cairo and Giza?
Yes. We deliver to every governorate in Egypt. Delivery cost is calculated at checkout from your city, and we call to confirm the order before it ships.
Can I pay cash when the package arrives?
Yes — cash on delivery is the default. You pay the courier when the package reaches you, with nothing to enter online.
What if the name is printed wrong?
Every package is checked by hand before it ships, but if the name is misspelled or a label is missing, call us and we reprint and send it free of charge.
Why are your packages cheaper than other label shops?
Because we keep it simple. We print a small range of ready-made packages in bulk instead of running a design studio, and the price on the page is the whole price — no design fee, no personalisation fee, nothing added at checkout. The package is also priced below the total of its labels bought separately, and that saving is shown next to the price.
