Parents have freedom to cancel the order within 24 hours (before shipping) and it should be by sending a cancellation mail or by calling us.
In case of cancellation after shipping, Parents have to pay the shipment and logistics fees.
•If the parents need to return the goods due to problem in the product, 100% of the value will be reimbursed
•If the parents want to return the goods without reason, it will be accepted given that the product are in its original status and get his money back minus shipment cost consumed in sending them forward and backward.
